A new player without a record in the Rating Central system will be required to attend a grading night. Please speak to a committee member on the night to be graded.
We do not accept email or phone entries
- Registrations OPEN 6/01/2025 and will CLOSE 21/1/2025 (or earlier once full)
- Grading & Practice nights: 21/01/2025, 28/01/2025, 04/02/2025
- Teams Published: 28/01/2025
- Round 1 Starts: 11/02/2025 or 12/02/2025 (refer to roster)
- Playing Venues: Hurstville Aquatic Centre (HALC)-Tuesday, St Anglican Church South Hurstville-Tuesday, Mortdale Community Centre-Wednesday, Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre (MIISC)-Wednesday
- Match Times at HALC, Church, Mortdale: 7:30pm - 10:30pm. (Div 6 will finish by 9:30pm)
- Match Times at MIISC: 7:00pm - 10:00pm. (Div 6 will finish by 9:00pm)
- SSTT is a volunteer-run non profit organisation, and we kindly ask all players to help set up and pack away their table after their final match. Please arrive at HALC at 6:30pm to assist with setup. For Mortdale and Church players kindly arrive at 7:00pm to help with setup.

ASSOCIATION EXPECTATIONS of you: -
- By joining our Team Pennants, you become a member of our St George and Sutherland Shire Table Tennis Association (SSTT).
- You will abide by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association.
- You will abide by the RULES & REGULATIONS of Table Tennis as released by ITTF and amended by the Association.
- You will assist in setting up the stadium under the direction of the committee person allocated, according to a standard layout. This includes setting up your own table, barriers, chairs etc...
- After your matches we expect you to close your table & stack the barriers on the trolley. HALC chairs to be moved against the divider net, and SSTT blue chairs to be stacked onto the small trolley board.
- Teams/players who do not assist with setup and/or who do not pack-up may result in exclusion from playing in the pennants.
- We expect your team will NOT FORFIET any match, a reserve list of players is on our website.
- The maximum number of players per team is 6 players.
- When applying for a grade a player's Rating Central Rating should be between the range the committee sets for each grade.
Division Grading Guidelines (Rating Central)
- Div 1 - Above 1550
- Div 2 - 1550 - 1350
- Div 3 - 1350 - 1150
- Div 4 - 1150 - 970
- Div 5 - 970 - 800
- Div 6 - Below 800
By registering you in the 2025 SSTT Summer Pennants, a team placement or a spot in a team is not guaranteed.
